My Inner Circle is a Black woman–founded nonprofit organization established in 2011 to support, uplift, and empower women and girls of all ages. Rooted in friendship, faith, and service, the organization was created to provide safe spaces for authentic connection, personal growth, and emotional healing.

 

Founded by Keren, Passion, & Niomi, My Inner Circle began as a small community of women committed to becoming better friends to themselves and one another. What started as an intimate support group has grown into a powerful local network serving the Orlando area.

 

We’ve built a vibrant and growing circle of students, entrepreneurs, professionals, and women from all walks of life who are united by a desire to pour into others with grace, wisdom, and purpose. Through mentorship programs, events, and outreach initiatives, we help women grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially.

 

Our community outreach also includes tangible support for women in need—whether that means a helping hand with groceries, professional development guidance, or simply being a consistent source of care and encouragement.

 

While our roots are in Orlando, our vision is far-reaching. We are actively working toward expanding My Inner Circle into a nationwide movement grounded in love, belonging, and intentional sisterhood.
